Remember the old ground

Remember the old ground? On Calypso as it was before the robots trashed Hadesheim? Remember the sometimes odd patters we'd see on the ground? At a few locations, such patterns are still visible on Calypso.

But today, I spotted a similar pattern. On Earth!

i always mined the purple lands with probes thinking there has to be sweetstuff there changing the color of the land xD
