I think that the forum's Contact Us link notifies the forum's owner (711), rather than the moderators.

I'll send him a pm though to bring this to his attention.

Yes, only 711 can do this.

Generally, it's best to contact him directly via PM here, however if he doesn't respond in a few days, feel free to let a mod know so we can bring it to his attention.

In the meantime, I've sent him a pm asking him to take a look at this and respond.
