Mistake with selling to order

I tried to make it as a hunter, could've been worse, could've been better.

Tried to make it as an investor, f****ed at that too.

Was trying to sell 60 ark deeds to 49 order, brain just locked onto 49, so sold them all for 49 ped total.

***** UPDATE***** DID A DEAL WITH AVATAR, ALL NOW RESOLVED....TY FOR SUPPORT EU COMMUNITY

hes an oldschool player, specialised in reselling, not sure about his attitude toward this situation but i doubt he would show any kind of sympathy but never hurt to ask

NVM, just read chat on picture, typical asshat :S
 
Other than the fact that Serica will likely lock this thread, from what I understand he is known for this. This needs to be addressed in the auction system. I've only ever thrown deeds to order once and I quite literally did 5 calculations to make sure I didn't screw myself. I can definitely understand how easy it is to mess up like this.

We need more people putting these resellers in place. Gives good resellers a very bad name and I can only take on one (who does shady stuff with mining amps) at one time on my bankroll.
 
I could be wrong but I remember reading somewhere that this avatar is an alt of another guy a little bit more known, that does exactly the same and throws the "all trades are final" thing at your face if you make a mistake like this.

Your chances of getting anything back are small. Mistakes happens, there are dickheads everywhere so don't do anything extreme on your current state of mind. That's my advice. Take it easy and cheer up.

Look at the bright side... it could have been 300 compet deeds sold for 300 ped.

These resellers live for just this situation so don't expect any compassion from them.
 
Yes this avatar does nothing but resell. I resell sometimes but I also hunt and mine from time to time. This avatar does not. I hate to say it but I wouldn't get your hopes up. Really sorry to hear this, it sucks.
 
Doubt u'll get the deeds back under any circumstance but i would suggest an immediate log off and stay away for a week. Chances are u will make further bad decisions which wont help u anyways.. We learn from every mistake we make, and so consider yourself wiser now with all the mistakes you have made.. The idea is to learn, adapt and improve though and not quit :)
 
Sure was my fault my mistake I accept that. But that is the last straw for me. Game is just not worth all the agro, I'm tired got kids my head isn't cut out of it anymore for concentration required.

Some great players and community spirit is pretty strong most of the time. But more and more bad eggs popping up looking for victims these days for my liking. Sad but hey that's EU.

I'm not crying about it, just want to "cut my losses" get these trades done and get out.

I work few times whit him and he looks like a nice man and i am sure you was going to make some deal whit him but after that thread dont count too much on it.

Dont get me wrong i too feel bad for rick and i am not aproove such a "final deals" but maybe is rick fault to come so fast and cry in forum .

deed buyer : nope. I still hope that he will apologize and I'm back the most part of aud back.

I think that those bad apples was here all the time, just now we got feature to see who actually bought mistakenly under priced item, and more stories like yours surface in public.

Just chatted with this avatar... he stated he doesn't care about his public image (same as he said in the PM to Rick). I'm not sure what deal they made but I'd really recommend not trading with this avatar in future. Just my 2 cents.

Apparently it's BS that he doesn't care. He must care if he decided to change mind after this thread was made....

Could be... he's not very good at english so maybe when he says "I don't care" he might really be trying to say "I do care?"

Probably helped that I'm long term player with really good trust relationship in game. He/she returned most of the deeds, I was happy with outcome, and was happy to pay few deeds tip.

I probably lost a lot more dumping the other 600 aud to trader at lower price as was too scared to use auction after the order trade.

I've learned a lesson, I'm not cut out for big trades or investing. I'm a player also have been. Getting too old to still be alert after hard day at work when brain is dead. I should've stuck with hunting that made me more happy than investing.

I really appreciate all the support.
