These questions resurface, so I figured it best to create an easy to find thread to explain how to get these values.
When your pet is spawned, the UI displays its Level and its XP, where the latter is only a progress indicator towards next level. These indicators are just calculated display indicators.
For the actual pet Experience, and its TT-value, you need to Dismiss the pet (put back in inventory), right click it, and select Item Info.
On the second tab ("Show Detailed Information") you can see the actual Experience value.
At the top of the first tab ("Show Baic Information") is the usual Condition bar.
When you hover the mouse over the Condition bar, the pop-up shows the tt-value as % of base-value which is one millipec.

- 100% = 1 millipec.
- 100,000% = 1 PEC.
- 21 million % = 2.10 PED.
