Texture maxed levels used to follow max=req*1.1+2.5, meaning textures with required lvl of 0.0 were maxed at 2.5. This doesn't seem to be the case anymore:
I guess someone close to these levels will have to do some testing and see if they get 100%... not sure if there's an easier way to test this.
There are also issues with textures not displaying correctly (they all display at 100% saturation, at least for some people). Not sure if these issues are related though.
