One thing I dont understand is, why is it "Vampiric" cloak of Vitality? why Vampiric? it's not vampiric. It doesn't steal any health.

Why not just call it "Vitality Cloak (M/F)" ?

Ok so..... i just got (imo) an awesome deal and bought the cloak for 13k peds! it would have cost me a lot more to chip 12 hp at my level! thanks very much Kiona :D
