PC: LG twin peaks mall shop

Noticed some interest lately in shops and am curious what mine might be worth.
It is a Twin Peaks mall Large shop
2nd shop in from the TP
3rd floor, with 150 item points + 10 display for 160 total.


I have owned this a couple years now and it has been a great, I do not intend on selling since it sells stuff everyday(does better than some LA's apparently), but I might entertain serious offers.

The only gripe I have for this is that the volume keeps me tied to Calypso. I lose income if I decide to visit other planets for more than a few days.

My RL real estate deals (initially funded with Entropia cashout money in 2008) are ramping up, and I have another residential property I am buying next month. I need to free up more cash to try and get even more next year.

This shop has done very well over the last 2 years, even when not making an effort. I have 2 shopkeepers that could be included.

I have about 40 different displays (small, big, massive,common, rare) as well (that are not included but available), or could make any sets of screens.

Also have a wide variety of furniture and such if needed in a package.

Accessories and furniture not increase the cost of the Shop, as it is very easily accessible

I got an offer to buy a large shop in TP mall for 22.5k if that helps.

That is over priced. It is closer to 15k.
