Logging in on the app has worked for many other people. The app may be slow (on phone) and it took me two logins on the phone app to make it work.
Try again, and if that does not work, then you can log in on the official entropia website and open a support ticket there. You get an answer via the registered e-mail once your ticket has been updated.

I'm out again, and this time the phone app doesn't work.
I get the same message "Your avatar is already logged....bla bla" on PC, and on Phone too.
