Really not much to say here, but I just thought I would post this as an FYI for anyone who might be curious - as of right now, Entropia seems to run exactly the same on Windows 10 as it does on Windows 8/8.1. I'm currently on Technical Preview Build 9841.

Well it's mostly likely like Vista and 7 were. Fix the crap UI and turn down a few other things, other than that there's probably very little difference.

I'll take a look at it at some point but the privacy issues are an issue i.e. MS are allowed to check everything you're doing including contents of files.

That's why I leave a nice big file with porn in it! Find a couple of sick pictures to stick in it and imagine them squirming! :yay:

Not very surprising.

I'll fill my PC with pictures of bursted hemorrhoids and name them stuff like "Win8 Crack", "MSOffice key generator" and "Bill Gates Bukkake".

Yes that's correct. :yup:

My gaming partition is not moving from windows 7.

My general partition for everyday work is rocking Linux Mint since like years ago, not a single problem yet.

Windows just can't be trusted with anything remotely important, critical or private.

And you based that on.... on what exactly?

This maybe? http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9746703

I've played EU on Windows 7, pre-builds of 8, 8, 8.1 and have had no issues at all.

Game runs the same on all Operating Systems for me, no tweaks or workarounds or any other settings changes were required to get EU running, pretty sure if I upgraded my 8.1 to 10 it would run just fine also.

The only glitch I can ever remember is when they added x64 support the x64 executible would cause strange start up delays but that was fixed about a week later, had nothing to do with the OS, was more likely a executable build parameter issue.

I still consider people who deliberately dip themselves into a mess called win8 to be masochists, what to say about win10 then? :)

On my old machine I enjoyed the same win7 - and the same EU - setup for 5+ years without re-installations or recoveries. Now I've just built me a shiny new rig (5930k/gtx980) and considered for a moment should I put some more modern OS on it, but found no reason to abandon something that works so flawlessly.

Like I said, this was simply intended as an FYI. I know people like to discuss, of course. But not saying you "should" try Windows 10. Just letting anyone who might be wondering that there don't seem to be any real compatibility issues with EU. :)

Nothing beats the meat better then a mod fap! :yay: That's the only masochism I enjoy, and I have 3.1, 3.11, 95, 98, ME (which was true hate for one self) :yay:, XP 32 and 64, vista (just about as bad as ME except it was so fucking slow, that you would fall asleep before you would feal any pain!), win 7,8,8.1,8.2... And now maybe 10.... :)
