Question: removing or inserting neopsion Fee removed?

Hi guys

Just wondering because i swear their used to be a small fee (decay) on removing / inserting these bit like adding damage enhancers to a gun or chip. When i was doing some decay tests the other day it appears this has gone. Am i right in thinking their used to be a charge for removing and inserting these because it appears it has gone.

P.s i haven't taken my neopsion out in years so.

The decay on the Inserter tool was substantially reduced in VU 12.7 in 2012 from 2ped/use to 1pec/use.
(or 4ped total remove & reinsert to 2pec total remove and reinsert).

Was more on about the neopsion then the tool.

Then no, the implant itself has only ever decayed incrementally with use of MF chips - originally as a fixed decay/use but - since the MF change in 2012 - now variable as it's a % of the MF chip decay.

I must be going mad then

That's why I mentioned the big reduction in the inserter decay.
I'm guessing you might be mis-remembering that as being implant decay instead.
