I might have imagined but wasnt there a pop up during installation of todays VU saying it starts 19th? Someone who havent installed it yet could perhaps be a little more observant than me?

Yes, dates were announced No info on rules, prizes etc. yet and Halloween Mayhem entrance points are still in game and working atm.
