Click on the ITEM INFO for specific listing in auction window -> SHOW DETAILED INFORMATION and there is items weight information.
Sure, small stack of nutrios doesnt weight much so the Express delivery remain 6 peds.

Oh, also... I do not agree with using the auction in this way. It it starts getting abused, I think that people will not like how MA "fixes" the problem.

It's already been confirmed by the OP that you can't actually list your items on auction on one planet, then buy your own items from auction for a fee when arriving at a different planet:
