Help: ban for no reason?

Hello , ppl , Happy new year and good luck to all.
On 31 december i found that my account is locked. I dont have any idea why, i wrote to support , but they didnt answer , becouse of holidays i guess... but it is too painfull to just wait and clicking on mail box for any answer, so if anyone has identic problems or experience pls give me some information or advises. I am like ill without my account... any help will be appreciate!
 
Do you run any software to improve graphics?
 
Nop, i never use program - play 15-18 houers/day with my oun hands....
 
Do you count the loot cards, or have a system for the crafting roulette?
Sometimes MA casino security kick such players :scratch2:

Dont know then, unrelated, presumably Support will get back to you (might not till Monday at the earliest though)

wow, im guessing you dont have a life or a job?
Anyway I dont think they lock accounts by mistake, let us know the result.
 
You are absolutly right - i dont have life out-game - i am living in game, also - yes i dont have job too atm :) but this is not reason for lock my account i guess... will post any new info about that case
 
no - i didnt buy ped from noone, i am mostly trading with auction terminal and pvp trade, even i registered in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!s , but never withrow ped from there

Maybe MA locked your account for your own good, worried about your health :silly2:
If you trade much, probably some trade that they are investigating.
 
My opinion says that my helth getting worse when i am not playng...:eyecrazy: but realy hope that this will be resolved as fast as posible...

Did you invite anyone else to join?
 
i registered in e.n.t.r.o partn. only , and no - i have no referals
entr.part. dont sell ped - they give ped for survey and radio

Lats night on 30 dec. i left my avatar to crafting explosives 1 bp and i slept - on the other morning i was locked ... i dont know if that could has some connection...

just on a side note: I did get a support case answered and responded to to satisfaction today, so they are I'm fact open for business - perhaps not at full capacity though

if anything I'd say hang in there, I'm sure they'll be answering you soon!
 
i guess they are with low capacity atm , becouse i have no answer to my ticket more than 63 houers....
 
busy time of year

MA will be conducting some kind of enquiry that chances are you have some how got implicated in some kind of scam ( usualy someone using a stolen credit card ) they buy something then trade it to some innocent person then they are immediately implicated , MA will then lock all the accounts of anyone and everyone that has come in contact with the in effect stolen item/items . once they establish who is innocent they will unlock their accounts , in the mean time they lock all accounts in order that they can trace any trades and establish the facts .

you will just have to be patient , they will unlock your account after they have made enquires

every item in entropia is unique and has a code so they can trace any transaction
 
:) that souns fear enought, BUT, what ever is the reason for lock my account i guess is fear to answer me with two words - something like - "we are investigaiting , please wait few days" or waht ever... never mind ... i will wait , till someone answer me - i am shure that there is a reason for delay, just i wish to finish that faster...
