What does the most right bottom button on the radar mean. It is either
green: "You are allowed to be in this area"
or
red: "You are not allowed to be in this area".

And what should one do if the button happens to become red?
 
Are you talking about the PVP light?

Yellow- Getting close
Red- Someone might blast you

Then there's the "toxic" light that warns you about lootable pvp. If it goes red, turn around and run the other way. :laugh:
 
I'm talking about the fourth sign, the circle with a line, the one that is mostly always green.
 
events for when you need a ticket to enter specific land areas, if you dont have a ticket for the event it will turn red and boot you out the LA or if MA dont want you enter a specific area it will flag red and boot you out.
 
Oops. My bad. Can't keep up with all of these newfangled UI features. :ahh:
