Regenerative Gel is needed to make the Adjusted, Improved and Modified EK-2350 and EK-2600, but is untradeable and can only be obtained by exchanging daily mission tokens (also untradeable).
Therefore if you want to make one of the upgraded FAPs, you normally need to do enough daily missions to get the required number of tokens in order to get the gel.
Instead, you can pay me to do the upgrade for you using the tokens I already have. Here's how it works:
Obviously this requires you to hand over quite a few items of value to me. I'm not going to spend time messing around with collateral, or open myself to the possibility of getting ripped off by doing so, so you'll have to do it on trust. I've been around a long time and I'd say I'm pretty well known and trusted round here. If you know anything about me then you'll know I'm not going to risk my reputation by running off with your FAP. If you don't trust me, don't take me up on the deal, simple as that.

NOTE: If you want to do more than one upgrade you'll need to wait for an hour between each one due to the NPC's cooldown timer. If you're upgrading the same FAP twice or three times you'll also need to repair it between each stage because they come out at low TT.
