Yes, there is only one of these as far as I know, looted by me. I sold it to (iirc) chris enzo enzo. No idea if he still has it but you might want to talk to him.

It was from a Feffoid Elite during the 2012 migration. I believe they dropped 3 parts during that event (M Thigh, M & F Harness), and only one of each. The other parts of the set do not exist. Maybe more will drop at some point, but given that all the existing parts dropped within a few weeks in 2012, I wouldn't hold your breath.
