SOLD 17/4/15 for 15000Ped.

Hi
I am selling my PA Mall Shop #1L, level 2 opposite end of the televator.
100 item points inside.
10 in display area.

It has great foot traffic, lots and lots of new players with Ped to spend and has met my needs well over the time. I am selling for a new investment.
Looking at offers, will only accept PEDs and CLDs.


Note similar size at Twins is 24000Ped and to be honest I haven't noticed any difference in sales when I had a Twins shop.

This is a great shop to kick off your Calypso retail career!

This great shop is still for sale, considering a Twins shop of similar size goes for 24000Ped, the PA mall shops are a bargain and the foot traffic is just as good!
