Not there. Maybe I'm making the wrong assumption about the origin. It definitely had the same tempo and style as Sean paul.

Nope not there. Man this has been driving me nuts for a couple years now. The key will be finding that video somewhere on a site that has it archived.

What if my memory of the origin was wrong? How about central America or of Spanish/Portugal variety but similar style?

I'll give it a go tomorrow....

At first I thought I would use my google-skills and cash in an easy 1,000 PED. Now it seems more like that IF I manage to find it, it would have been more lucrative to gather sweat.... :hammer:

Maybe to give inspiration. As Spock might say... "insufficient data"

Someone might get it though.

Here you will find all WOW videos in high quality published during 2008 with the words "wow" and "mage" in title that has not been deleted:

https://www.google.se/search?q=wow+...1,cd_min:2007-12-31,cd_max:2009-01-01&tbm=vid

It is only 5 pages, but clock is already ten past two here so I am going to bed right now. Might be worth browsing it through. The language should automatically set to english for you. Give it a go.

Youtube added 1080p support in November 2009, so another almost 2 years to add :)

I struggle myself with a song I used to listen with my friends when travelling in the 90's, but at least I have it in my head - unfortunately is instrumental only.

Wasting almost 2 hours hoping for an easy 100 bucks, I realized what a giant pile of mostly useless crap internet morphed into and especially youtube.

Yea. my YouTube history goes back to 2009. But I can't find it.. likely was removed when they began cracking down on dmca violations.

Yes it was.

I kind of wondered if I had the origin wrong.. I can tell you for a moment I thought Sean Paul - get busy was it but it wasnt.

Google search reveals possibly similar songs to Sean Paul's "Get Busy."

Give it up to Me, by Sean Paul
Miss L.A.P., by Beenie Man
Jack It Up, by Mr. Vegas
Gimme the Light, by Sean Paul
Hmm Hmm, by Beenie Man
Bam Bam, by Winston Riley
Right Now (Na Na Na), by Akon
Temperature, by Sean Paul
Calabria 2007 (MIMS Remix), by Enur
It Wasn't Me, by Shaggy
Me Love, by Sean Kingston
Beenie Man- King of the Dancehall
Kevin Lyttle- Turn Me On

I did that search before but none fit And I must say several of those songs are not similar. ;)

And perhaps you may find the old article with the video on the forum wowlui or wow-lui.Com in the way back machine. I warn you to not go to one of those links now as they seem to have lost that url.

A big problem would be that if YT removed them - there is noting to be found even if we find a cached version of that particular post unless the song was discussed in the thread.

Since someone pointed out that 1080p was implemented in 2009 and your history stretched that far, I am guessing you are correct about it being removed.

In the meanwhile, why don't you make a song about the song?

The name of the songs were in the description. That is how I found a separate video with the song.. but there was only ONE version of it. This I remember.

Here you have it;

Spanish/Latin and possibly Caribbean, uptempo, from 2008!

No deep voice, no shaggy, not good. But 2008 and Crazy (Or rather Krazy) in the title:

(I know it is wrong, I will continue looking....)
