That is a good question.
If i scroll the tiers in history window i see the latest sold was around 1 month ago. Seems +400 for a tier1.
I think we can start from that point. A bit more or less, depending on the actual tier numbers and how tiered it is.

Still, it would be nice to own one. Please read post immediately before yours.
