Hi
I am looking at trading a shop deed for CLDs. I will accept a price of 1450Ped or market value per deed as a multiplier so you can be sure I wont be reselling them any time soon.
I will offer my PA mall shop worth 21kped for 14 CLDs and a further 5 shopkeeper pads for 7 CLDs.
If owning a shop complete with shopkeepers suits, send me a PM. I know finding pure Ped sales can be hard so this is a good option.
