Note the tier cost from 5.9 to 6.0 3300 PED.
to make his look equal to the gun I'm selling (if tier 6 was paid)
it would look like this:
SB 25,300 PED
BO 26,300 PED
so what I'm willing to do is match that.

that's already accomplished
