Stable keeper?

I keep reading about some kind of stable keeper npc and that you have to leave your pet there when you log out or it will loose affection, but where is the stable keeper npc at?

You've been reading threads too old mate That feature has not been ingame last 5 years The pet will not lose affection if you log out.

Right now the stables are used for giving pets buffs (you can get 10 extra hp, faster movement or skill increase in taming buff) for a small ped sum.
