If you are talking about tax, you must ask your tax authority if you have made a profit. It's no tax on the withdrawal itself, but fees.

The withdrawal fee is 1% of the amount you wish to withdraw. The minimum fee is 100 PED (10 USD).
Add your regular international bank transfer fees your bank may apply for you + any tax you need to pay (e.g. your country's income tax on profits).
