For all of you who have posted serious responses, consider the following:
1. The OP got this from a thread published on entropiaplanets forum on April 1.
2. The only webpage is on www.ludophiles.com/planetsierra/.
3. Who is involved in ludophiles.com? Let me give you a hint: http://www.ludophiles.com/this-war-of-mine/ See the tags at the bottom includes: "...RAZER..."
4. Now remember who is a part owner (although I'm not sure of the actual ownership structure) of entropiaplanets forum...
 
The person who set it up also went through domainsbyproxy to keep the registration secret and the IP address is for the godaddy servers which isn't surprising so it's on the same ip as few hundred sites.

The www.planetsierra.com ip address is 50.53.202.22 but it's a redirect. Right click on the image in the middle and as Serica points out it's hosted on ludophiles.com

Right clicking anywhere on the page and get the properties it's from

http://www.ludophiles.com/planetsierra/
