hes really good very quick with support cases, keep up the good work champ
 
Yes Ulf has been doing really good. Seem the only time he is a bit slow is when isn't not at work sleeping waiting for the next day to start. Keep up the great work Ulf!!
 
I have yet to see a more personalized response then the ones i get from Ulf.. good work there imho
 
I agree,. Support is often fast and good lately.
No cut and paste answers and if they are they got alot of options to pick from :D
 
Yeah Ulf help me last week with something and was fast and very nice to do it. I really appreciated that.
 
most support case and bug reports were handled in less than an hour, sometimes within just a few minutes.
each times in a kindly answered manner

Yea, joke aside, I too had good experiences with "Ulf" from ingame supports.
 
He closed mine quickly this morning without addressing any of the issues I raised.

I'd rather have good than fast.
 
OK - I got a hof and couldn't see what I got. It was some garnets and Ulf pointed it out for me. I know I am a complete useless noob :)

I've been unable to log in, my GoldCard needs to be re-synchronized..
