Well if we could get an idea my mate may just sell one :cool:
 
Simple calculation of chip value +15% would look like this:
U need someone with jdegre skillscanner and chiping optimizer acc who have nothing or rly low MF skills and calculate how much would cost to get bioregenesis to lvl 25 then add max 15% and u get real value of chip :D

Are there a couple levels of regen chip? One of my socmates has one and it only requires level 14 to use not 25. I know the Razcom's Pouch needs 25 bioregenesis to use it.
