I've seen garbage bins cleaner than this post.

Macro users:
Want the pets gone or the bigger ones so it wont interfeer with their incredible hit rate and so they can keep on doing something that was pointed out to be exploiting
Pet users:
Use the pet to avoid the 100% hit rate making the attacker hit less, but still way more than it would on normal combat, making the need to resort to rockets to solve the case.
My opinion:
Pets are a part of the game, exclusing only some pets from pvp would make as much sense as removing some weapons that only damage the pvp world, like flaming, no one is doing real PK with it, just annoying the "enemy"
An unfair advantage lifts back the ped flow and waste in pvp, just remember a while ago, when with right click, everyone felt like a pk lord because they wouldnt miss at all either and was super easy to do and not even an exploit - Ended up being fixed - Finally pvp is fair but suddenly less pk again.
This select target has been around for a LONG while, at start was under a handfull of players that would use it.
And its obvious to see, because, (not complaining cos really couldnt care) but not even the best of fps players have 100% hitrate, its just humanly impossible for as much as you'd like it to be possible. and some players never missed, even admit using it in public some trick, (I will provide name if im asked because dont want another edit fest). And was obvious after some testing, how also someone with 100% hitrate with a weapon (with all avatar twitching and warping around due to d-sync (totally normal thing in EU) couldnt even hit properly with a rocket, because with rockets you need to always take in account the projectile drop rate, and they just aimed regularly. In my book, hard to get any more obvious than that.
But either way, I do pvp purelly for fun, not to measure egos.
But unfair advantage, isnt fun specially when non punished at all and when you lose your time showing all there is to be shown, and you see very very litle done at all if anything.
I will place my bet here, that after this "feature" is removed everyone suddenly will lose their aiming skill
