Question: Bug... feature?

I was at Fort Ares today and upgraded my Marber Bravo to Tier 1. Looking at the Chat window, I've noticed that I've gained Evade??
Is this normal?
Its a normal Ped evade.
When you upgraded, some ped evaded your account!

Its because evade contributes to the tier upgrader skill.

I thought it may have to do that I've evaded an unsuccessful try... although Dodge might have been more appropriate.I like when I get that little "Evade" notification,makes me feel like some sort of stealthy ninja!! Hiyaaaa!

This. You can gain Mining or Melee Combat skill as well when upgrading tiers. Here's the (hopefully) full list.
