I have the following issue:

[System]: This item is currently busy and can not be accessed

Is there any fix on my end or something? Really, really, annoying.
 
When it gets that bad I usually log out and in again.

Nearly always that fixes it.

Yes. Give your client time enough to re-sync with the servers.

Abusing your keyboard doesn't help, at all.

So just leaving the game alone a few ten seconds or so?

Never thought of that, going to give it a go next time.... :ahh:

That or a quick relog yes. I don't know of any other 'trick' to fix it.
 
I can tell you, smashing your monitor, mouse, and pc with a baseball bat does not help.

If that helps.
