a new settlement has started its auction drop rate south of troy. stating today at 11.00 utc ore 13.00 central European time.

20-20 drop 1 cld a day from 27 - 9 ending in 18 days 0 days left
40-20 drop 2 cld a day from 54 - 18 ending in 18 days 0 days left

60-60 drop 5 cld a day from 162 - 54 ending in 22 days 0 days left no one left

there has bin made so far for 13251 peds of long moonleaf bords. so ther can bi made a estimated total of 132000 combosit planks, 78000 is atm used on the to old settlements, and only 36500 new ons is needed, making 114500 planks needed in total so fare. thus all planks that is needed to clam all plots at present is already there. therefore there is a extra + of 17700 planks give ore take.

There are bugger all CLD on auction at the moment.

I just claimed the last 20x20 plot just recently at southern Ithaca.
No more small plots left that I could see in Livas or Ithaca.

Now it is a "reverse" race for the composite plank plots.

Where is the problem ? As soon the land plots reach the minimum cld amount they stay at it until they get sold. The real question is who's gonna pay 25k peds (composite planks 500% mu) for a big land plot not knowing how much more towns will be released ?

mu is 570% atm.

5000 planks if brought will cost around. 27000 peds.

Nice to see, that CLD demand to claim can go down to minimal, but without the planks still can´t claim

In auction plenty of composite planks are on sale. Small+ plot composites cost is atm 1500 composite x 460% markup 6900 ped plus 18 clds become X verion (maybe 50 less value than unclaimed). So total cost for small+ are 7800 ped.

Think benefits are tha small+ plot have 2x item space and farming capasite than small plot. but this is just my speculation
