webshop and withdraws

love the webshop been telling friends ingame that a great way for MA to make some cash is to offer luxury options that wont effect the ingame economy (as drastically). now my only complaint is that the withdraws still taking 2 months+ to go through, MA if u speed up the withdraw process i am sure you'll see huge sales in those new strong boxes, i bought 1k boxes on launch day spent 1k usd got back exactly 9986.5tt, and i am down to just 4k tt uni ammo left. basically speed up the withdraws i am sure we'll deposit more i know i will, totally okay with chance to "gamble" on the boxes and i am more then okay with ma making their percentage on the buff pills and loot pills.

i completely agree if withdraws were like 2-5 buisness days like other casino sites. Alot more would depo, my self included.

If they did paypal withdrawls I know 2 people that would start tomorrow. I do microstock with them (shutterstock / istock / fotolia) and they have lots of money in paypal. They can depo with paypal, sure, but they can't withdraw so they aren't interested.

I know several players including myself that feel the same way. For this reason I tend to take my deposits elsewhere. It would be a game changer if a decent withdrawal process was implemented.

I wonder if there's some artificial inflation out there because it's much harder to withdraw? I'd love to see an option like PayPal as well, but I'm curious how much of a drop in total PED circulating we'd see in-game with all the people ready to withdraw.

MindArk will start using PayPal for transferring withdrawals starting with participants in the US.

Today Entropia Universe via MindArk sends all its payments/bank transfers to US-residents to Bank of America, we have been informed that Bank of America will increase their fees (starting July 1, 2015) and they will start charging an itermediary fee of 30USD, that on top of the fee that your bank charge you for receiving the transfer.

All Entropia Accounts in the US that have registered a withdrawal have received an email to their email registered in EU about this.

If you want your withdrawal to be transferred a bit more rapidly and with a cheaper rate, create a PayPal account and email your Paypal address in a support case under the Withdrawal category.

We will then transfer your withdrawal amount to your PayPal account and you will not be charged any fees for the transfer, if you choose to not do so and your withdrawal is due, the payment will be sent via bank transfer and bank fees will be about 36USD in total.

Further information:

This option is today only available for residents in the US that have made a withdrawal in USD.
It is not MindArk that deducted the $30 intermediary fee from the amount, the feel will be deducted during the transfer.
