We need a drop box or mailbox to set up private deliveries of items or resources at agreed upon markup, so that both parties wouldn't have to be online to complete the transaction

I see what he is saying a contract system like Eve has. Make a contract so that only you the seller and the already identified buyer can complete if you both are not available at the same time in game due to time zones.
