80% of 220heals means 44heals instant (20% of the 220HP) while rest of 80% (176) over 30 sec?

Correct. I believe the HoT is every second - someone please confirm.
 
Ive had mine a bit, its a heal (around 40 ) and then every second it ticks 8-10 hp or so for 30 seconds, so its more like 300 + hps heal.
 
bump to the top, i can accept 3 cld and 450ped.
