Hi,

I'm planning to sell my "Celeste North 7 Lvl 6" apartment soon.
It has two levels actually, the normal top level apartment and the roof of the complex as well, where you can spawn a vehicle if you like and/or put items that stay in your personal space.

What do these apartments go for nowadays?

I bought one of these at sanctuary cove for 2k ped just 2 months ago.

Similar ones sold a couple days ago for 2k to 2.5k ped
 
Ok, so far one reply here and one on arkforum. Any more ideas?
 
Last bump for input, have a 2-2.5k reply and a 2-3k reply on arkforum...
 
I bought Celeste North 2 level 2 for 1011 peds last month. Good luck to you.

He is selling a rooftop tho, so take yours plus add a very cool roof with additional item points.

As stated I bought mine for 2k, but I prob won't sell it unless someone offers me 2.5k minimum
