Good day,

If I happen to manually add current chip prices, does the tool save them using cookies or something?

If not, is anyone aware of any form autofill software I could use so I don't have to enter them every time?

chip prices can be saved into the site's database, provided you have an account there. otherwise, the tool uses default prices, which were imported from the defunct peauction.com, so they are extremely outdated nowadays.
 
you could use a 'save form data' extension - i found a few when I googled it
