CLD land deeds for sale.

selling 1 CLD land deeds. from my shopkeeper at Ti island City. Platinum building. block A. shop 5
Platinum building is right next to teleporter.

ps the land plots, and surrounding land was very different.

the land plots got claimed for 8000 peds worth of planks each + 1000 peds in devalue of 18 CLD. to CLD(X).
estimated value is 9000 + 2 x 20-20 plots value of 5000 peds each = 19000 peds total estimated value, for a 40-20 land plot.

That math is hard for me.
plot was claimed for 9k than you add the price of 2 other plots, but you sell just 1 plot for the price of 3 or I'm missing something.

the maths behind is around a year old now.
the 9k is for as it stats for the planks , and loss on the CLD´s.
sins a 40-20 is the same as 2 20-20 so adding there value at the time 5000 peds was need to.
to day its more like 3000 to 4000 peds, ther fore a price of 16000 peds might be close to the real level.
it is first now the plots can be built on. so its hard to say have mush the are worth atm.
where you get 3 time the price for, i don't know.

its her you apparently got it wrong, 20-20 plots don't need planks to be claimed, 40-20 due.

if i renumber it correct my start price was around 18k in the beginning.

What is the advantage of a 40x20 plot over a 20x20 plot?
