Hey there, I'm considering buying an apartment for around 400 - 700 PED. Maybe I could stretch a little more if I really like it. But I'm on a low budget.
I saw I think 2 on the auction within that price range, although those already sold before I decided if I liked the location. Other than that it seems very hard to find available apartments, despite coming across a large number of empty estates...
If you by any chance need some sort of design work done for a few hundred PED (ads, signs, posters, branding, artwork etc.) and want to take it out of the cost that works too... as long as the amount of PEDs it costs me is within my budget. So for example if I did 300 PED worth of work my budget would be 1000 PED.
If you could post the location below so I could check it out that'd be nice
