error downloading the new patch

I'm currently downloading the new patch I'm on 99% when an eror occurred and the download stopped.. Can someone help me with this..

Hello

I had same issue and had to stop my virus scanner wile down loading as well
(it's on now again)
This resolved my issue as well.
So thanks and good luck to all trying to get in
