I have recently come back to entropia after playing back in 2006-2010. I have noticed that there are no longer the common big loots. Meaning 15k to 30k every day or every couple of days in the different professions. It seems as if the loot distribution has taken a more socialist approach on making more people happier with smaller loots rather then just one big one. Has this been beneficial for retaining players? For me it was always about trying to get that one big loot and it drove a large portion of my game play. Now getting only a 1000 ped hof seems uninteresting as compared to possibly getting something bigger more regularly. I know there have been big loots like the 50k mining one today, however they seem very very rare. What is going on? Is the player base gone down so much that they cannot do that anymore? I see big players that were once looked up to like Star just getting bad losses and kind of shattering the dream of what you could be one day. Now its seeming more and more like the grind to get to level 100 is becoming less and less enticing.
