Selling Arts from Apartment?

Is it possible to sell Arts from Apartment and how to do this? Does it costs to upload art to Entropia and show them in-game? Detailed discussion required.

There are upload cost which you can check the rate but can't preview image before uploading it.
My average cost for a Gigantium Screen (PC) 1024px x 1024px is around 50 PED.

Edit: Selling from Apartment requires a Shopkeeper.

One thing to say is make sure it's your own work and not someone elses, saw one a few years back selling scans / tracings from the Ghost in the Shell manga.

It's not fair on the original artist especially if they're not being given credit.
