I'd rather purchase the UL ring, than gamble/deposit the L chance, so...

In the market to buy either adjusted or imp HP ring :)

I generally tend to find that I get 3 rings for every 100 boxes and they do not decay unless you take them off. I bet you will lose more money than if you bought boxes, when you come to sell it.

Although i know OP already bought Aeglic modified, just to answer your question:
Aeglic Ring (L)* - Right Hand - +10 Max Health - 25% Increased Regeneration
Aeglic Ring Improved - Right Hand - +14 Max Health - 35% Increased Regeneration
Aeglic Ring Modified - Right Hand - +16 Max Health - 40% Increased Regeneration


L rings have worse bonuses, otherwise yeah they would be smarter to have. And most of UL rings wont lose value atm, cause Mayhem time is coming and then all rings come very handy (except taming and ohter pointless rings)
 
I will sell you my Mod Aeglic. Just make a reasonable offer.
