204 is around 12k to 15k
O204 is around 15k to 17k
Hc204 is around 30k to 35k

I agree. But that's why I said based on past sales. Pristine shards didn't used to be 20ped.. so that would be the reduction of the gap now.

Don't let anyone fool you on a big price gap between A204 and O204 (I'm not saying anything against you Mr. Atomic). The formula to take an A204 to an O204 is:
1 - Pristine Khada Crystal Shard ~20 PED
1 - A204 - ~12k-15k PED
100 - Omegaton A100 Series Parts - 4x A103's (4 x 30 parts = 120 parts) - 4 x 80 PED = 320 PED
20 + 320 = 340
So, IMO, the delta between A204 and O204 should only be 340 max
Unless if someone wants me to take an A204 and convert it to an O204 for a 2k service fee, I would be more than happy too!
I guess what I'm trying to say is if you see an A204 for 12k and an O204 for 15k, but you want an O204, buy the A204 and convert it to an O204 yourself, or employee me for my service above.
Id value the "pure" a204 higher then oc204 or at most same value for the two
