Unable to Edit Avatar Profile

Cannot edit my avatar profile when I click on the icon from the Contact drop down menu. I also tried Y to open the library but when I click on the icon it just stares back at me.
 
I discovered yesterday too!

Both me and my sis tried to change some old info from profile and that's impossible :scratch2:

This sucks and need Fix ASAP :mad:
 
I sent a support case about it just after the VU and I got the bog standard copy/paste reply that they are aware of the issue and are working on it
