Question: Another dumb question about crafting.

As you all know I am not a crafter as you can tell by my questions.

I have seen some talk about getting more globals in crafting by setting the slider-bar to full Condition. From what I have read you get less items but have a greater chance of globals and HOFs. Just wondering if that is true.

To topic:

Yes its true, if you move slider towards condition, you get a multiplier for the loot, at lower chance of success.
Less items, more likely to global.

Thanks for reply and that is what I found out just wanted to be sure I was not mis-reading something
