Hi folks

I notice I can't equip it or use it, and looted 2 of these now.

Do you just need to carry them to spawn the Vampire?

You have to go to the house and operate the "evil box" in front of it.
 
Hello Mr. England!

Go to the Vamp house and you will find a chest outside, use the essence on the chest to spawn Count Schlong.

I must be blind cause I can't find any evil box and the video is too dark to see anything.

Nevermind, after 15 minutes running around wasting time I found it.
