As MindArk informed on Entropia Universe.com in June 2015 (https://account.entropiauniverse.com/support-faq/pages/2015/06/26/7937/index.xml), Bank of America increased their fees starting July 1, 2015. Therefore MindArk offered transfers though PayPal without any bank fee for participants in the US.
Now after months of negotiations we are glad to inform you that MindArks bank Danske Bank has agreed to cover the intermedian fee together with Bank of America. Therefore MindArk again can offer bank transfers for “normal” fee to US residents.
We will still offer PayPal for withdrawals to US residents for those who prefer that. In the beginning of next year we will decide if Paypal will be a permanent offer for withdrawals and if so we will also implement the method as a choice in the withdrawal process.
