Countless eyewitness accounts leave no doubt: the robots are collecting for a large pitched battle. And their gaze is fixed on Atlas Haven.

Most resource gathering drones and their escorts have withdrawn to the Hadesheim crater. Groups of robots have been spotted near Atlas Haven and Fort Troy.

Most likely, the robots have picked up on a weakness in the defensive systems in place at Atlas Haven. An anonymous source claims that the local system is ”outdated”, its maintenance having been neglected ”in anticipation of future upgrades”. CDF officials declined to comment.​

What a fantasticaly stupid event.

I logged out yesterday @Atlas Haven and as I logged in today I found out I was dead. The lag was incredible that the robots got to me before I had anything onscreen.

And the stupid part is the revival is NOT in Atlas Haven but way out of the city in a new vehicle outpost. Needless to say the way to the city is filled with big robots and so it's impossible to run back to the tp and log out.

If you're curious about the "event" or the hydras, don't go there unless you have your own way out.

com'on MA wake up, it's 2015.. almost '16. How hard can it be to make a decent "trailer" with good sound..
1st writing was from ~1000 BC...
If you claim to be on the top of your industry, the least you can do is make a decent event instead of writing 100 words & create a temp. spawn.

How much work is it to spawn a special shared mob with huge HP?
yes, I'd like to see something else as shared loot but it's obviously the way MA wants to go..

No, there never was.

I guess they have to pay for the office xmas party early this year.

when I started way back in 2005/6 they were a fun distraction from the normal mobs. Once or twice a year there'd be an invasion at one or two TP's - Wolverine Hope or Zychion and people would mess about, shoot mobs if they didn't get swarmed or watch them reach the road level at Zychion at which point MA would have to reset the server.

A couple of weeks later they'd turn off the spawns and everything would return to normal. No special loot, no missions and no prize at the end it was all just for fun and yet you would see hundreds of players in the area with little or no kill stealing.
