Nobody lost anything, the social skills just dont add on MA's screen.
If you add your own skills they are all there.

This may have something to do with a Social Buff... But i know nothing

Yea perhaps, but i mean you "lost it" from your total count, thats what i mean

I had just topped 200k skill mark a few days ago , now im back to 198409.

Why not?

The social skills [ie Promoter Rating (given by event participants to ingame event creators) & Reputation (given by event participants to each other)] have never been included in people's total skill counts on sites such as Entropedia or JDegre's Chipping Optimizer.
They're traditionally not included in the 'total skills' one needs to join various socs, or (so I understand) progress up the ranks of various socs.

I'd imagine that now that there is a total shown on the ingame Skills interface, people are just submitted a screenie as proof for these things.

And with players who regularly participate in events, one can't just assume that the value of the 2 social skills is the base value of 1000 each either.

In the end, all MindArk have done is align the total shown in the Skills window with the player's long-held expectation of how that value is calculated.
I'd have thought most players would have been happy with that. :scratch2:
