Are you selling the actual mall deed? or you keep deed i give you 200k ped and you give me the 50-100ped daily.
 
The deed for the building. You get the peds to pedcenter.
 
Not sure what needs clarification? The mall has a deed and is for sale. The deed is like a land area deed and gives taxes to your ped flow center for any sale at people's shops within the twin peaks mall.
