Anyone know if it's possible to make a bookmark in the thread.

example:

<HYPERLINK TEXT HERE AND WHEN YOU CLICK IT IT JUMPS FROM HERE>

<DOWN TO HERE - OR SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT YOU HAVE THE BOOKMARK>
usually used for long lists, etc.

If anyone knows and can provide the scripting code for it, it'd be much appreciated thx!

Title: Named anchor link
Tag: aname
Replacement: <a name="{option}">{param}</a>
Example: [aname=aname]This is where you jump to[/aname]
Description: The [aname] tag is used in conjunction with the <a href="#jumpto">[jumpto]</a> tag. One is not functional without the other.
Use {option}: Yes
Click Save

[anchor={IDENTIFIER}]{TEXT}[/anchor]

You mean you want a link directly to a post on the forum? For example, your original post link as this:

https://www.planetcalypsoforum.com/...sible-in-PCF&p=3444010&viewfull=1#post3444010

if that is what you want, just click the link found at the top right of every post. Yours is #1, and mine is #2. That will give you the link directly to the post.

no, it doesn't open a new window or load another page..

it's a link that just jumps to another spot on same page....

like the page will auto scroll down to a specific spot that you have the bookmark......

u know how on some websites..
they have a button that follows the page and it says "BACK TO TOP"

then when you click "BACK TO TOP"
the page just jumps back to the top (so you don't have to scroll back up)

The specific term you are looking for is "anchor". While it is a very simple feature, I don't think PCF supports creating anchors with BBCode in posts.
